Either Crypto or Fiat can be used to enter this trading program.

OVERVIEW – This private placement program operates on repeatable short-term crypto arbitrage cycles rather than on speculative trading transactions based on market direction and leverage. Conservative by design, this program prioritizes stability, repeatability, process discipline, and capital preservation. The program is designed to generate low, single-digit percentage returns per transaction across multiple short-term transactions per day.

Entry Requirements

The minimum entry for this Program is the equivalent of $10,000,000 USD.
The Program can be entered using BTC, USDT (erc-20), USDC (erc-20). Entry using ETH (erc-20) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
The Program can also be entered with FIAT (USD, EUR, GBD), which will be converted to crypto using one of the Program’s six execution desks.
Individual or corporate entries accepted.

Returns
Best effort returns will be agreed upon contractually. Operating on short-term arbitrage cycles, the Program has typically produced profits ranging from 3% to 6% per trading day.

Trading Process

This Program operates on arbitrage cycles, not directional price speculation.
The Program does not rely on leverage, market volatility, or long-term price speculation.
Returns are conservative by design, prioritizing stability, repeatability, process discipline, and capital preservation.

Capital Protection

Participant assets are not deployed into speculative exposure within the private placement itself. Program participation applies only to the uplift (profit) generated from the structured arbitrage cycles.
The Program is built around defined contractual frameworks, structured custody models, execution desk discipline, and controlled participation thresholds.
Participant assets can be held in one of the two following structures that ensure that capital remains controlled, custody risk is minimized, transparency is maintained, and principal oversight is preserved:

Assets can be held in institutional-grade escrow infrastructure that is fire blocked, or
The Participant’s wallet, enabled under specific contract authorization and handshake-only verification, can participate in arbitrage transactions without transferring custody.

Earnings Payments

Procedures

Applicants may have follow-up calls with SRM to discuss the Program.
An introduction to the program provider is arranged for further discussions and answers to specific questions.
Asset verification is performed.
Compliance screening is accomplished.
A structured onboarding discussion takes place outlining subsequent actions.

Coinsultant Compensation
Consultant compensation available to SRM Services has not yet been determined. If there are other parties between SRM Services and the Participant, SRM will share one-half of the net compensation it receives with the first working consultant who presents a compliant application package from an Applicant that is accepted into the trade Program.

SRM always attempts to obtain as much information as possible about programs before publication of program overviews. Applicant's Role
Each potential Applicant must decide for themselves if information received from SRM is sufficient to warrant program application. After application and compliance approval, the Applicant will have direct access to a Program Provider, with whom remaining questions and issues can be addressed. An Applicant’s decision regarding participation in a program must be based solely on the Applicant’s independent analysis of program descriptions and contracts provided to the Applicant by a Program Provider together with the advice and counsel that the Applicant receives from their professional tax and legal advisors, and SRM shall not be held liable for any losses that an Applicant might incur due to their decision to participate in a program.

SRM's Role
SRM’s role is to discover information about programs that appears to be credible and that may be of interest to our readers. SRM then makes a diligent effort to interpret, summarize, and publish that information for the benefit of parties who may wish to investigate a program further.
