Small Cap BCL-Based Trade Program – 5M+
OVERVIEW – This program is designed for those who desire a modest return on their funds without taking the risk of moving or encumbering their bank account as a Balance Confirmation Letter (BCL) is used in lieu of a block or hold. Compounding allows the Participant to significantly increase returns during the term of the program Profits may be used for financial needs, wealth accumulation, project funding, or for entry into repeat and/or larger trade programs.

Entry Requirements
  • The minimum entry level for this trade is $5,000,000. Other currencies must be converted to USD ($) prior to program entry.
  • While there is no maximum entry amount, the reasonable maximum amount is $50,000,000 as the returns from this program will allow for entry into a larger program with higher returns.
  • Cash is the only accepted basis for trade.
  • Individual, corporate, and trust entries accepted.

Returns
This Program projects a net Participant return of 10-15% monthly with a “guaranteed” minimum monthly return of 10% of the verified transaction amount.

Compounding
The Applicant can compound earnings into the amount on which a subsequent trading cycle is based. If compounding is desired, a new BCL will be required for each trade cycle.

Security of Funds
The entry funds remain in the Applicant’s home bank account with no blocks, holds, pings, or other blocking mechanism. A specific BCL is all that is needed to begin trading after compliance and MOU acceptance.

Payment Schedule
  • Payments will be made to the Applicant’s home bank account on a bi-weekly basis.
  • While the first payment will only reflect returns from one cycle, subsequent payments will reflect returns for one or two cycles, depending on the cycle end dates.

Procedures
  • SRM Services will supply the appropriate application instructions and documents to the Applicant.
  • The Applicant prepares and submits the required documents to SRM Services.
  • SRM Services reviews the submission for completeness and compliance with requirements and, if compliant, forwards the submission package to our contact within one business day.
  • Our contact will review the package and forward to the program Intake Officer.
  • The Program Provider will conduct a compliance review of the application.
  • Upon successful completion of compliance, the Program Provider will forward an MOU to the Applicant and answer any questions the Applicant may have.
  • The Applicant returns the signed MOU.
  • A specified format Balance Confirmation Letter (BCL) is provided to the Applicant for his bank to complete and return.
  • A call between the program and the Applicant’s banker will confirm the available program entry funds.
  • The final transaction agreement will be provided to the Applicant for signature and return.
  • Trading begins within 72 hours.

Consultant Compensation
SRM Services will receive 2.0% of the Applicant’s earnings paid from the Platform side. If there are other parties between SRM Services and the Applicant, SRM will share one-half of the compensation it receives with the first working consultant who presents a compliant application package that is accepted into the trade program.

Questions
SRM always attempts to obtain as much information as possible about programs before publication of program overviews. In a perfect world, the above information and that contained in our full, official overview document would answer all of SRM’s questions and all of the questions each potential Applicant might have. Unfortunately, this is rarely the case. Consequently, the above information, as well as that which is contained in our official program overview (available upon request), represents all the information that is available to potential Applicants prior to program application.

Applicant's Role
Each potential Applicant must decide for themselves if information received from SRM is sufficient to warrant program application. After application and compliance approval, the Applicant will have direct access to a Program Provider, with whom remaining questions and issues can be addressed. An Applicant’s decision regarding participation in a program must be based solely on the Applicant’s independent analysis of program descriptions and contracts provided to the Applicant by a Program Provider together with the advice and counsel that the Applicant receives from their professional tax and legal advisors, and SRM shall not be held liable for any losses that an Applicant might incur due to their decision to participate in a program.

SRM's Role
SRM’s role is to discover information about programs that appears to be credible and that may be of interest to our readers. SRM then makes a diligent effort to interpret, summarize, and publish that information for the benefit of parties who may wish to investigate a program further. If there are any inconsistencies between SRM overview verbiage and the program description and/or contract verbiage currently in use by the program source, the program source verbiage and interpretations will always prevail and SRM shall not be held liable in any way for its good-faith attempt to properly interpret and convey accurate program information. SRM never “recommends” a program and SRM cannot and does not provide counsel on whether an Applicant should participate in a program.
