Private Crypto Trade Programs – 5M to 500M
SUMMARY OVERVIEW – These programs are designed for high net-worth and family office investors seeking private, institutional-grade cryptocurrency-based trading opportunities. Privately structured trades are based on assets held in a Participant’s non-custodial wallet. The trade is accomplished with funding received from liquidity provider credit lines. SRM’s access to this Program through an experienced crypto professional with whom SRM has a 15-year trust relationship. Our crypto colleague is direct to the Program’s Intake Officer, who also functions as a direct partner with the institutional liquidity desk that performs crypto conversions and provides credit lines for these Programs. To expedite your request for information, place your request here.

NOTICE – This program summary represents SRM's best effort to accurately present program details received from a party it believes to be credible. Despite its attempts to verify all program details, SRM is unable to thoroughly confirm the accuracy of every statement below. Only parties who receive a program contract will be able to properly perform the due diligence and the verifications that should be done before entering a program. The information below is presented solely to help the reader decide if they want to submit a program application in order to receive official program details from the Program Provider. Any decision to enter a program should be based solely upon information provided to you directly by a Program Provider and the conclusions you reach after completing your proper due diligence. All trading involves risk.

Suitable Assets
Assets suitable for entering this program include USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, and FIAT.

Liquidity Provisions
Working through banking corridors in the US, UK, Mexico, BVI, and Brazil, an institutional-grade liquidity desk performs any asset conversions that may be necessary and activates credit lines needed for the trades.
  • FIAT is typically converted into either USDT, USDC, or BTC at an institutional scale.
  • USDT to BTC and BTC to USDT swaps are available, with no exchange order book slippage.
  • Chain conversions between ERC-20 and TRC-20 are handled smoothly.
  • Credit lines are activated for the structured trades.
  • Settlements are deposited directly into the Participant’s wallet being used for the trade.

Entry Requirements
Depending on how a trade is privately structured for a Participant, a Program can be entered at several different entry levels.
  • The minimum USDT-equivalent entry amount value can be 5M, 10M, 20M, or 50M.
  • The maximum USDT-equivalent entry amount value is 500M.
  • Individual or corporate entries accepted.

Program Purpose
Private crypto trade structures can be created for qualified asset holders to generate liquidity for:
  • Business growth, working capital, start-up expansion.
  • Approved humanitarian and/or economic-based projects.

Returns
Depending on the entry asset and how a trade is privately structured for a Participant, the gross returns for smaller entry amounts can vary between:
  • 1% to 3% per trading day… or 5% to 15% a week.
  • 3% to 6% per trading day… or 15% to 30% a week.
For larger crypto entry amounts of 50M+, the return profiles vary based on the underlying asset, size of entry, and the trade structure that is eventually approved.

Typical Trade Terms
Depending on trade structure, contract selections, and the asset amount entered:
  • The trade program can run for up to 12 months.
  • A minimum program term of 6 months may be required.
  • The profit split is typically 70% to the Participant and 30% to the Program Provider.

Profit Payments
  • Bi-monthly profit distributions are paid to Participant’s transaction wallet.
  • Profit payments are paid in USDT by default, but payments in BTC and/or Fiat are also possible upon request.

Security of Funds
These trade programs are structured to preserve Participant’s full custody and control.
  • Program structure is normally non-custodial and handshake-facilitated.
  • The Participant’s wallet remains under their control, but the trade desk still needs to verify that the wallet is real, clean, controlled, and suitable for the proposed program structure.
  • Digital assets remain in the Participant’s wallet for the duration of the trade.
  • No deduction authority is granted, and there is no external access to Participant’s wallet.
  • Participant’s cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, or ETH) is not traded directly. It serves only as the basis for liquidity desk credit lines that are activated for placement into trade.

Trade Structure
There is no generic trade structure. BTC, stablecoin and FIAT-related positions are not all treated the same way. The Trade structure, timeline, and payout method will all be based on the asset that an Applicant formally presents, provided that the trade desk accepts that asset after conducting compliance due diligence on the asset.

No trade structure-related questions will be addressed by the Program Provider before an appropriate trade structure is possible and can be offered to an Applicant under the terms of a JV Contract.

Initial Engagements
  • Engagement with SRM can begin with “statements” from an Applicant regarding:
            1. What is the asset?
            2. Who owns the asset?
            3. Who controls the asset?
            4. Where is the asset held?
            5. What is the wallet or account history?
  • Engagement with our direct connection to these crypto programs for general discussion can begin after an Applicant provides satisfactory written answers to the five questions above.
  • Engagement with the Intake Officer is only possible after the Applicant has provided demonstratable “evidence” regarding each of the items listed immediately below.

Formal Application
The Applicant provides sufficient crypto wallet evidence to the Intake Officer so that program principals can determine if a specific trade structure can be offered to the Applicant. This information will demonstrate proof of asset, asset control, and wallet custody, and confirm if the asset position can pass compliance. An Applicant’s formal application must provide:
  • Public wallet links (or valid proof of funds) to confirm exact asset type and value.
  • Evidence of who owns and controls the asset.
  • Confirmation regarding whether the person controlling the asset is (1) the owner, (2) the mandate, (3) the asset manager, or (4) some other person (with definition provided).
  • Confirmation of custody position: (1) private wallet, (2) custody wallet, (3) trust structure, (4) bank account, or (5) exchange-linked account.
  • Confirmation on whether the asset has previously been submitted to any other trade desk.
  • Statement regarding basic source-of-funds and wallet history.
After the Intake Officer determines if a trade structure is applicable for an Applicant’s asset, additional application steps will include:
  • Full KYC/CIS on the asset owner.
  • Performance of an A>B>A wallet control test.

Procedures
  • Applicant requests full overview of these crypto trades from SRM.
  • Applicant may have follow-up calls with SRM for general discussion purposes.
  • Applicant provides SRM written asset and wallet statements specified above.
  • Applicant engages with SRM’s direct Program Provider.
  • Applicant provides evidence of wallet ownership, control, and history and confirmation of Applicant’s preferred custody structure.
  • Intake Officer determines the trade structure that can be offered.
  • Applicant provides KYC/CIS and performs A>B>A wallet control test.
  • Applicant engages with Intake Officer.
  • NCNDA, Fee Agreement, and JV Contract are offered.
  • Due Diligence is completed.
  • Trade agreement is executed.
  • A>B test within Applicant wallet, supported by dashboard screenshots.
  • Handshake into trade.
  • The trade commences.

Questions
SRM always attempts to obtain as much information as possible about programs before publication of program overviews. In a perfect world, the above information and that contained in our full, official overview document would answer all of SRM’s questions and all of the questions each potential Applicant might have. Unfortunately, this is rarely the case. IMPORTANT: This program summary, as well as that which is contained in our official program overview (available upon request), represents all the information that is available to potential Applicants prior to program application.

Applicant's Role
Each potential Applicant must decide for themselves if information received from SRM is sufficient to warrant program application. After application and compliance approval, the Applicant will have direct access to a Program Provider, with whom remaining questions and issues can be addressed. An Applicant’s decision regarding participation in a program must be based solely on the Applicant’s independent analysis of program descriptions and contracts provided to the Applicant by a Program Provider together with the advice and counsel that the Applicant receives from their professional tax and legal advisors, and SRM shall not be held liable for any losses that an Applicant might incur due to their decision to participate in a program.

SRM's Role
SRM’s role is to discover information about programs that appears to be credible and that may be of interest to our readers. SRM then makes a diligent effort to interpret, summarize, and publish that information for the benefit of parties who may wish to investigate a program further. If there are any inconsistencies between SRM overview verbiage and the program description and/or contract verbiage currently in use by the Program Provider, the Program Provider verbiage and interpretations will always prevail and SRM shall not be held liable in any way for its good-faith attempt to properly interpret and convey accurate program information. SRM never “recommends” a program and SRM cannot and does not provide counsel on whether an Applicant should participate in a program.
