​On this website SRM Services presents the results of our best-efforts research in identifying credible, private trade programs. At the sub-100 million dollar level, our experience has shown that smaller programs do not stay open very long. Many times, after small programs actually start to perform, they very quickly become over-subscribed and no longer available. Consequently, would-be participants in smaller trade programs need to choose between:

1. getting in the program queue earlier by submitting applications to new funding programs that have no history, or
2. accepting the risk of missing the program opportunity while they wait for proof of performance (POP) to be demonstrated.
