Getting Started > as a Client
- Complete and submit our Request for Information form and download and execute our Business Relationship document.
- Our protocol for working with clients includes the following: (A) When we receive Request for Information, we will provide an overview for the program requested, contact you to obtain additional information that may be needed, and be available to discuss your potential transaction. (B) Once you have decided on a particular program, we will provide the application package needed for that program. (C) After an application package is submitted to us, we will review it for completeness, ensure that we have an executed Business Relation document from you on file, and then submit your package. (D) If appropriate, a Master Fee Protection Agreement (MFPA) will be returned to you when it is available.
Getting Started > as an Intermediary
- Download, complete, sign and return our Intermediary Commitment and Business Relationship documents.
- After we acknowledge receipt of your Intermediary Inquiry, you can download, complete and sign a Client Introduction Form for each client you intend to introduce to SRM. For further information on Intermediaries see our Partners page.
Where do I send completed forms?
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Conditional approval is dependent upon the trade client following established procedures and submitting the required compliance documents in a timely manner. Once funding program groups receive what they require, they move forward efficiently and quickly.
- No investment programs are 100% risk free. If they claim to be, they are not real. Make an informed decision.
- Once submission documents have passed compliance, the trade principal will deal directly with the trade client.
- The above procedures are an example of what to expect. The trade principals may elect to change these procedures at any time and/or to modify them as to timing, method, requirements, etc.
