OldVenezuelan OldBond Information

Currently, we have access to a trading platform that has banking relations with most top-10 banks, but they also have banking relationships established in Venezuela. Because of their Venezuelan banking relationships they can work with OldVenezuelan OldBonds and get them into trade. Occasionally, they may also have buyers for these bonds. To work with this group the following requirements must be met:

• the minimum bond amount is $500 Million
• bonds must be listed or registered on Euroclear (or a SWIFT MT760 or MT542 may be required)
• bonds must have more than 12 months until maturity

If you or your clients have OldVenezuelan OldBonds that meet these requirements, or that would meet these requirements if they were listed on Euroclear, and if the owner of the bonds is available to enter into this trade transactions, then we have information that would be of interest to you. Please advise us immediately here.

The submission package for the VB trading program mentioned above includes the following:

1. Client Data Submission Form (includes CIS)
2. Passport
3. Euroclear screen shots of page 1-14 (from the EC terminal, not website or internet-generated images) *
4. RWA from bond owner's bank, evidencing bank's willingness to deliver bonds via Euroclear free delivery, or by SWIFT MT760 or MT542.
5. Genealogy of all working (not referral) consultants

On this website SRM Services presents the results of our best-efforts research in identifying credible programs. Our experience has shown that some of these programs do not stay open very long because they may become over-subscribed and no longer available.Consequently, would-be VB program participants are faced with two primary options:

1. submitting applications to new/existing programs in order to get into the program queue, or
2. waiting until proof of performance (POP) can be demonstrated and running the risk of missing the program completely.
