OVERVIEW – This is a program designed to allow a Client with limited funds to generate a 10X return in less than a year. This safe and secure small-cap funding structure provides non-recourse funding solutions for real estate projects, business acquisitions and expansion, entertainment finance and participation in larger private placement programs. SRM Services is direct to the private charitable trust (Program Provider) that has operated this program successfully for over three years.

Entry Requirements
- The minimum participation level for this small cap program is US $200,000 or the Euro equivalent.
- A leveraged version of this program is available for a minimum participation amount of US $500,000.
- Cash is the only accepted basis for this program.
- Individual and corporate entries are accepted.
- The Client must have a commercial or philanthropic project that will benefit from this transaction.
Returns
- The indicated net monthly return will be 100% of the Client's participation amount.
- Compounding of returns is not available, but the Client can use accumulated returns to make additional program entries under a different entity name.
Payment Schedule
- After the initial program setup period of approximately 35-45 banking days, payouts are made monthly for ten months.
- Payments are made to the Client’s account of choice.
Program Details
- The Client and the program provider will sign a Project Funding Placement Agreement (PFPA) that specifies the transaction process and distributions of earnings.
- The program provider acquires a corporate bond and an insurance wrap that are monetized to provide funds for the private funding program that generates the monthly returns to the Client.
- As program returns are generated, they will be deposited into an attorney paymaster account for distribution to the Client and eligible consultants (if any) as stipulated in the PFPA.
Security of Client Funds
- The Client’s participation amount is protected by a surety bond issued by a private, third-party investment trust. The protection is in place until the Client has received returns equal to the amount of its original deposit amount.
- The Client’s funds are held in an attorney escrow account until the surety bond has been issued to the Client. The trust will also obtain an insurance policy from an insurance company with an A rating to back the surety bond.
