OLD Tear Sheet Leverage Program - $10M and Up
Overview
This is a London-regulated, tear sheet cash leverage program. Small cap trade programs like this are very rare. This program is expected to have a short life span.

Entry Requirements
  • The minimum entry level for this trade is $/€10M. No maximum.
  • Only Cash is accepted as a basis for trade.
  • Individual or corporate entries accepted.

Returns and Participation
  • Indicated leveraged returns are 4x (400%) of the Client's original participation amount in 60 bank days.
  • Client can enter the program multiple times for as long as it is open.

Safety of Client Funds
  • Client funds remain in the the Client's account at any top 100 world bank, except for those banks banks in mainland China or Hong Kong.
  • Client funds are never moved. 
  • There are no up-front fees or other fees for which Client is responsible.
  • No SWIFTS or Blocks are required. Client accounts are verified through ping or tear sheets. The exact procedure will be specified in the trade contract.

Procedures
  • ​The Client prepares and submits the required documents to SRM Services.
  • SRM Services reviews the submission for completeness and compliance with requirements and, if compliant, forwards the submission package to our program contact in London within one business day .
  • Our program contact reviews the submission package for completeness and, if compliant, forwards to the program Intake Officer.
  • The program Intake Officer conducts a formal compliance review of the submission package.
  • Upon successful completion of the compliance review, the Intake Officer schedules a conference call with the Client to review the program and answer any questions.
  • Upon the Client's decision to move forward after the conference call, a Platform representative provides a contract to the Client for review and answers any questions.
  • The client signs the contract and returns it to the Platform.
  • The leverage program begins.
  • The platform will pay intermediaries directly when the leveraged distribution is made to the Client.
  • The commission available to SRM is 2% of the Client’s leveraged return. SRM will share 50% of its commission with other working intermediaries between SRM Services and the Client.
